Press Release – SMSGlobal HQ Relocation
Melbourne, Australia – September 23, 2011 – SMSGlobal this month announced their HQ move to larger premises, in Market Street, South Melbourne.
The new premises' marks a new era in business for SMSGlobal. "With extended service, business and product development, the new space for our Melbourne HQ runs parallel to the use of a more consultative business model" stated CEO, Carl Krumins. "The former Victorian industrial building is a perfect HQ base for us, offering a creative hub and innovative space to have our diverse and talented staff work on your mobile messaging needs".
"Whilst SMSGlobal's rapid growth always meant that moving to larger premises was on the cards, the decision to fast track the move stemmed from the need to conduct business with additional headcount. Further development of our infrastructure and a burning desire to spend more time with our customers, enabling us a more intimate understanding of their business requirements also played a big part in our decision to move" said Paul McKenna, COO.
SMS traffic is growing at an exponential rate - an estimated 2.3 trillion text messages were sent in 2010 and with experts anticipating further unprecedented global growth, SMS traffic is forecast to reach an incredible 8.7 trillion messages in 2015.
"Our priority to our customers remains unmoved - helping clients more fully realise the benefits of mobile messaging is what we do", stated Krumins.
