The new premises' marks a new era in business for SMSGlobal. "With extended service, business and product development, the new space for our Melbourne HQ runs parallel to the use of a more consultative business model" stated CEO, Carl Krumins. "Whilst SMSGlobal's rapid growth always meant that moving to larger premises was on the cards, the decision to fast track the move stemmed from the need to conduct business with additional headcount. Further development of our infrastructure and a burning desire to spend more time with our customers, enabling us a more intimate understanding of their business requirements also played a big part in our decision to move" said Paul McKenna, COO.
